Pain In Wrist When Typing?

Carpal tunnel syndrome is a frequent ailment that causes pain, numbness, tingling, and weakness in the hands and wrists, among other symptoms. It occurs when swollen tendons press on a nerve in the wrist, causing pain. It is similar to carpal tunnel syndrome in that it involves entrapment of the ulnar nerve in the cubital region of the hand.
