What helps you relax and relieve the stresses of life? For some it is as simple as a cup of coffee, a brisk walk through the neighborhood, or sitting down to listen to a favorite playlist on an IPod. For others, yoga does the trick!

Recently, an HMO Group Health Cooperative based in Seattle decided to put yoga to the test. Against self-care measures and therapeutic exercises, yoga came out on top as providing people with greater health improvements and results that lasted 14 weeks longer. Pretty impressive!
